Reporting an error

The figures on this site are meant to be checkable, and corrections are the most useful message you can send. If you think a number is wrong, please include the page, the figure as printed and what you believe it should be. Every mathematical claim here comes from exhaustive enumeration rather than simulation, and the method is set out in full on the odds methodology.

We already list one figure we believe is inconsistent in a widely republished return table, on the pocket guide. That is the standard we are aiming for: if something does not reconcile, it gets flagged rather than quietly smoothed over.

What we cannot help with

  • Real-money accounts. This site takes no deposits, pays out nothing and has no account system. The table uses play money only. If you are looking for a casino account, we are not it.
  • Disputes with a casino. We are independent and not affiliated with any casino, operator, regulator or game owner, so we have no standing in a dispute.
  • Gambling problems. Please use the free, confidential services listed on responsible gaming. They are independent of this site and far better placed to help than we are.

How quickly we reply

This is a small site with one person answering email, so a reply usually takes a few days rather than a few hours. Corrections are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong number on a strategy page is worse than a slow answer to a question.

If you are writing about a specific figure, quoting the page and the number as printed saves a round trip. Every calculation on this site was produced by walking all 155,937,600 possible deals rather than by simulation, so a disagreement is usually either a difference in the pay table being assumed or a genuine error worth fixing.
